|
Dear Momma Kath,
I would love to add to your list of Doctor Recommendations
(what a great idea, by the way)!
His name is Paul A. Sporn,
specializing in OB/GYN & Infertility in Tampa, FL.
I feel so blessed to have found such a gentle doctor,
who genuinely shares my concerns & who makes himself
available to his patients at all times!!
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share his name with others.
Love and ++++ thoughts & prayers,

I just wanted to let you know about a
WONDERFUL OB/GYN in Las Vegas, NV.
He deals alot with Endometriosis and its difficulties.
I have had 4 surgeries since 11-14-98
(then 3-3-99, 6-6-99, and the last on 12-21-99).
The first 3 were done dy various doctors,
all emergency surgeries.
I was told that I DIDN'T have Endo until AFTER
my 3rd surgery when I met Dr. Warren Volker
at the clinic I had to be seen at for my post-op visit.
He was working there 1 day a week.
I was lucky enough to come on the day he was there,
and I am SOOOOOO thankful I did! After the last surgery,
which Dr. V did, I was COMPLETELY pain free for 7 months,
then it came back VERY mildly. I would recommend him to
ANY AND EVERY woman who has Endo! Right now,
DH and I are on cycle #2 TTC. Dr. Volker has been
right there for every question and concern.
He is TRULY wonderful! Now, he works at the
University of Nevada School of Medicine Patient Care Center.
He is the clinical director, division of research.
I just can't say enough about him!

Dr. Thomas Grande, MD
indy Wilde, NP St. Paul MN
I have to give Cindy as much credit
as I do my dr for the care I've been receiving.
Cindy works part time, mainly with infertility
patients. She got into working with infertility
patients after being one herself.
She has shared many personal moments of her struggle
with me, and it is been her caring, compassion,
empathy, and sense of humor that has helped me through.
Having someone like her on the medical staff
has really made the difference for me.

Lake Success, Long Island(New York)- Ronda Snowden MD
She is my OB/GYN and I love her!
I feel like she was put on this earth
just to be an OB/GYN, she is so warm,
it just radiates off her!!

Tampa, Florida - Madelyn E. Butler, M.D.
Madelyn Butler was the FIRST doctor that actually
listened to me and my concerns.
She was not quick to put her opinions on me as
much as concerned about helping me achieve my objectives.
It was a shock for me to actually have
a doctor listen with compassion.
She is a wonderful doctor!

Calgary Canada, Dr. Calvin Greene
he is at the Regional Fertility Clinic
here in town and was highly recomended
to me by a friend. He is excellent because he will
listen to me and go with what I want.
Other dr's I've been too have told me
that I need to give it time, that I don't have pcos,
that I just haven't tried long enough.
Dr Greene has never said those things.
If your in this area, I would recommend him! :0)

I love my doctor!!!!
Let me start by saying I just recently started
going to my dr for infertility...
but he was my obgyn for my daughter...
He was my sisters ob and
i went to a couple of drs visits
with her and was in delivery with
both of her 2 children...
it made me feel so good when i went to
my first prenatal visit and one of the nurses
and DR. Brown recognized me...
he is very nice and comical...
he makes you feel at ease..
the last thing that really made me think
"wow what a nice doctor" was about a week
after my first visit i received a hand written
letter from him thanking me for choosing their office....
(my sis got one too for recommending)
Their office workers were always sooo nice....
even my dh liked going there because
he could joke with everyone....
but like i said i dont really know
how well their office does with
"infertility" their office is
Midtown OBGYN DR.Brown....
Columbus Ohio next to Grant medical center

My doctor is Dr. James Boerner,
here in Murfreesboro, TN
He is very considerate and kind.
He is a very compassionate doctor
who will do anything to make you feel comfortable.
When I was pg with ds, if I had a pain,
that I called about, he would just tell me
to come in just for sanity's sake
and wouldn't charge me for the visit.
When he walked in the room, from day one,
he would ask if we had any questions!
That was ALWAYS his first question!
That means alot when you are dealing
with strange things happening to your body.
I know I seem to be on a soap box,
but I just feel, in my book,
he deserves an award for
being such a wonderful doctor!
Thanks for listening to me ramble!

I want to recommend three doctors
from a group practice in Poughkeepsie, NY
OBs Toni Saychek
and Adele El Kareh who were encouraging
when I started TTC at 38 and
who sincerely celebrated my pregnancy
and delivery.
RE Fred Hurst who,
after 1 m/c and high FSH levels,
reassured me on my 40th birthday
that I was "normal" for a woman my age and
that he had every confidence I could conceive
on my own. When I had a + HPT a week after seeing him,
he continued to oversee my early pregnancy
by scheduling beta and progesterone tests and an u/s,
and by having his nurse call just to check
on how I was doing.

Conway, Arkansas - Dr. Andrew Cole
Of all three of my pregnancies -
Dr. Cole was by far the best.
He actually did something to
stop my preterm labor -
and with Arielle I
actually carried her to term.
A plus to me - he's a Christian
and he encouraged me to have a VBAC -
which I successfully did.

Dr. Thomas Burwinkel in Dayton Ohio!

My friend Beth went to him!!
But I went to Dr Steven Williams in Columbus.
They were great too.

Birmingham, AL
Either Dr. Houserman or
Dr. Long at the ART program in B'ham...
not only are they great drs,
but they have an EXCELLENT staff.
I think since you deal with the staff more than the Drs.,
that's what makes it good for me!!

Hi Momma Kath!
My doctor is awesome and deserves to be on your doctor roster!
He really helped us through our miscarriage,
was a blessing during my pregnancy
(lots of preterm labor--and his expertise kept her in me to term!),
and through the work of his magical hands I had such an easy recovery
from giving birth to my daughter
(no episiotomy, no tearing, no stitches!)!
He is a very patient, caring, and nurturing doctor
in his own SOLO practice--
no guessing who was going to deliver our baby!
Here is the info for the doctor roster:
Country: US
City: Annapolis
State: Maryland
Dr.'s full name: Dr. Andrew T. Goldstein
Specialty: Obstetics, Gynecology, Infertility
My site name: RobinC
The changes you've made to TTC looks wonderful.
I've been coming to TTC for a year now
and I still very much enjoy it!

Dr. Edwin Robins is in Spokane, WA.
He came here from New Jersey,
and has the best success rates we have found in the country!
His team specializes in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility.
He has a specialist for each department,
including a nurse who is devoted to you
and knows more about your cycle than you do!
I wish more people could know about him!
Thanks,
Ali

OBGYN and RE in St.Louis, MO
I absolutely love my Ob/Gyn.
She's very thorough and has a great personality.
When she realized that my infertility was really
getting on my nerves, she immediately referred me to an RE,
without wasting any more months. Her name is Dr. Lora Mills,
in the BJC Heath System.
The RE she referred me to was also wonderful.
His name is Dr. Daniel Williams.
He knew the subject matter very well
and didn't waste any time with regards to my treatment.
He's also in the BJC Health System.
I would highly recommend either dr.

In Response to: Any good Drs in Virginia. (shas)
I'm up in N. Virginia.
I live in Alexandria, but I drive all the way to
Loudoun County to see my OB/GYN - who has been with
me for all four pregnancies. He's terrific.
I told him I will draw the line
if he moves to West Virginia, though!!
He has two midwives with him in his practice,
and is kind, compentent, thorough, and he shares
his office space with a group of RE's
in case you need additional treatment.

I can not say enough good things about him.
