Well I wanted to start off by thanking everyone
on the board and give a special thanks to Dawn
my friend and my cb's Judy, Tamera, and Camille.
I will fill you in on a little of my history....
I was told I would probably never have children,
I have a condition call Congenital Adrenal hyperplasia
and our chances are low of having kids. When I was 18
I had a tumor that ran down the opening of the vagina,
I had cervical cancer at 22 and several female problems.
I thought my chances were slim. I had told my DH before
marriage and we always knew adoption was an option.
Well at 31 after trying for 6 months I got pregnant with
my DS and everything went fine and Nikolis will be 3 when
this one is born. I started out on this journey in Dec.99
I went off the b/c and decided I would just get pregnant,
again this didn't happen the way I thought it would.
I only used the cm method the first time with Nik and
I got lucky. After the first 3 months this time I found
this sight and got very serious about ttc. I started temping,
cm and cp charting. I noticed that some months even if I O'ed
the O was not very strong and I would start AF 10 days after
and my temp would drop on day 8 dpo. I had one month that it
finally looked and felt right and my lp was 12 that time.
I was hoping for another one of those cy. and I got it this time.
I do believe that it took several months for my body to
adjust coming off the pill and now the details of this cycle.
I knew by day 7 dpo that I was, but there is still that
oh no maybe not feeling. I would not have known I was if
I had never been pregnant. I do believe that you feel
different but it's not something you can put your finger
on till later in the month. I started taking vit. E and b6
along with my prenatals and I would like to say it helped but
hey I won't know for sure since I just started this month.
I drank a gallon of water and had great ewcm this month.
I had all the signs of being pregnant, I would have missed
them if I had not had Nik. I missed them the first time around
so have heart if this is your first you may not know it till much
later in the cycle.

- 9 dpo 98.3 breast real sore, m/s, cramps, cp high
- 10 dpo 98.1 breast sore, m/s cp high no cramps
- 11 dpo 98.3 breast sore, cp still high +++ test
- 12 dpo no temp big breast sore, cramps, cp still high +++ test
- 13 dpo no temp- same as above +++ test
- 14 dpo everything went away I freaked out B/W came back +++++
I took ept's in the AM on day 11
I fell back asleep and freaked because
when I got up a line was there so I emailed
Dawn and she held my hand for 24 hrs till I
timed the next test and it too was +++ I than
tested with old test I had around the house all
of them were positive. My blood work was +++ and
I go to the dr today for my first appt. After I
O'ed my breast didn't hurt till 6 days past and
my cp was the biggest hint, most months it jumps
around but this month it went high and stayed high.
My cramps are high up on either side of your lower
stomach or as I call it the "pooch". I don't think
they feel like af but I did think they did with Nik
so the first time around I would have thought af was
coming. the biggest shock is the m/s I didn't have that
with nik till about 8 weeks. I've had it off and on
since day 8. If anyone has any questions just ask
